Last updated: April 24, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Super Cleaning ("we", "us") processes personal data when you use our website, request information, or engage our services. We act in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Finnish data protection law.

2. Data controller

The data controller is:

Super Cleaning

Postal address: Mannerheimintie 10, 00100 Helsinki, Finland

3. Contact for privacy matters

For questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@puhdaskoti.fi or by phone at +358 40 123 4567.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data to: respond to enquiries and quote requests; manage bookings and the customer relationship; perform our cleaning services; communicate with you about your order or appointment; and improve our services. Where required, we also process data to comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax rules).

The legal bases we rely on include: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); our legitimate interests in operating the business and serving customers, where not overridden by your rights (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) where applicable.

5. Categories of personal data

Depending on how you contact us, we may process: your name; phone number; email address; city or service location; information about the service you request (e.g. type of cleaning, size of premises, frequency, comments you provide); and records of your communication with us. We do not require special categories of data ("sensitive data") to use this website. Please do not send such data unless we explicitly request it for a specific purpose.

6. Sources of data

We receive personal data directly from you when you submit a form on the website, contact us by email or phone, or otherwise get in touch. We do not buy marketing lists of personal data for this service.

7. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

This site does not use first-party marketing or advertising cookies. We may use limited browser storage (for example, local storage) to remember that you have dismissed an informational message, so it is not shown again on the same device.

If we use web analytics (for example, to understand how the site is used), the provider may set cookies or use similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where analytics tools process personal or pseudonymous data, we describe our relationship with the provider in line with the GDPR.

8. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us on our instructions and under appropriate agreements, for example: messaging or notification services (such as the Telegram service used to deliver enquiry notifications to our team); hosting and email providers; and, where applicable, accounting or IT providers.

We may also disclose data when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or that of our customers and others.

9. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of our processors may be located or process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In those cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or we rely on other mechanisms permitted by the GDPR, unless an exception applies.

10. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including managing the customer relationship and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For example, accounting material is typically retained in line with Finnish retention rules (commonly for a period of several years after the end of the financial period).

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure in certain cases; request restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests, where applicable; and receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability), where the conditions are met. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the contact details in section 3. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time limits set by the GDPR.

12. Supervisory authority

If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman. Official contact information is available at:

tietosuoja.fi

13. Security

We protect personal data using appropriate technical and organizational measures, including limiting access to those who need it for their work and using secure communication where reasonably practicable. No online transmission is completely risk-free; if you have concerns, you may also contact us by phone.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes notice of the updated policy, where permitted by law.

When we refer to Super Cleaning and service locations, we operate in line with the contact details in section 2. Please keep your own records up to date when you communicate with us.
